In this appeal, we determine whether the district court properly granted a motion to dismiss the appellants complaint, as was provided for in WYO.R.CIV.P. 41(b) (now WYO.R.CIV.P. 52(c)), for the reason that, upon the facts and the law, the appellant demonstrated no right to relief. Associated issues of jurisdiction, res judicata, and statute of limitations are also posited before the Court, but, because we will hold that the district court properly dismissed the complaint, we find it unnecessary to address those questions.
